Our vision

Founders Antonia Zimmern and Robert Macmillan began working together over 10 years ago for a global search firm. Finding that their partnership proved highly effective, they embarked on their own business venture in 2000. They found that their individual skills and strengths were highly compatible and that their combined efforts worked very effectively with both clients and candidates.
