Our services

We offer 3 packages to help your staff, or you personally, prepare for the next career move – Standard, Executive and Premier.

Underpinning each of our packages is a half day session spent with one of our Directors who will be your personal coach, plus another member of our team, giving you 2 points of contact and support throughout the process. This half day session is critical because it allows us to get to know you, and to understand your skills, competencies and aspirations in depth. We then build a tailored and flexible program that meets your individual needs.

Standard Package - £595

This begins with the half day session, as detailed above. Prior to the meeting we will email you a brief questionnaire so that we can identify which areas you would like to focus on. We will then incorporate these into our half day session, giving you the essential practical and emotional tools to begin planning and executing your next career move.

Recommended topics for this first meeting, from our experience, include: CV preparation, image and impression management, interview techniques and self marketing and raising your profile with recruiment agencies. Obviously if there are other areas which you want to focus on, then we will adapt our program accordingly.

We then encourage you to return for a one hour face to face session over the following 2 months. The focus can be on anything from follow up interview coaching, salary negotiation or role playing through to talking about particular personal or professional hurdles and challenges which you are facing.

Furthermore, you will have telephone access and support from your personal coach, plus another member of our team, for a period of 2 months after our initial meeting. This can be to discuss any issues or challenges you are encountering, or perhaps to discuss a particular job opportunity or forthcoming interview. We will provide you with all the support we can to help you to ultimately achieve your career goals, quickly and efficiently.

Executive Package - £1250

With the Executive Package you will receive all the benefits of the Standard Package, plus:

A total of 3 one hour face to face coaching sessions with your personal coach, over a 4 month period, and 4 months telephone support.

This extra coaching time will allow you to choose areas where you feel you need extra support, and then work with your coach to address and work through these issues. The extra time obviously allows a more flexible approach to be taken; you may wish to use this time to role play certain interview situations or discuss feedback from recent interviews for example.

Premier Package - £1950

With the Premier Package you will receive all of the benefits of the Standard and Executive Package, plus:

A total of 5 one hour face to face coaching sessions with your personal coach, over a 6 month period, and 6 months telephone support.

This package is designed to give you the maximum possible support over a longer period of time. With the 5 coaching sessions, you will be able to highlight a host of different topics where you want our support and we will then spend the time with you to help you improve and develop your expertise in these areas. One option you may be considering, for example, is setting up your own business – if so then we have a wealth of experience which we would be happy to share with you, the Directors of MZI having established and grown their own group of businesses over the past 8 years.

With all 3 packages, what you are paying for is our time, expertise and insight, as we believe, and have been told, that this is where we can truly make an impact on an individual’s next career move.

We don’t ask you to pay for on line company databases (Google provides this information better than most… and for free) or the use of our offices to carry out you job search because these days people operate more effectively from remote locations of their choice. Having said that, when we need to meet for a coaching session or interview role play, we encourage you to meet us in person because nothing can replace the value of face to face communication.

All prices are subject to VAT at 17.5%
