Robert Macmillan
Rob has 16 years experience within the executive resourcing and career coaching arena. He is a founder and board director of 3 companies and for the last 8 years has been instrumental in developing the MZI Group.
His clients and candidates span a range of vertical markets including financial services, logistics, manufacturing, technology and professional services and he has worked with small to medium sized as well as blue chip international companies. He has worked with clients such as American Express, Keystone Logistics, Regus, PayPoint, and GE and across all professional disciplines including Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations and HR. His work has spanned the UK as well as Western, Central and Eastern Europe.
Over the years Rob has developed, coached and built up a strong reputation within his client and candidate base and he has been pivotal in either securing new roles for these individuals or guiding them as they have explored opportunities outside their current businesses.
Before establishing MZI, Rob worked for a number of years at Harrison Willis, a financial recruitment firm and subsequent to this led an international account management team for Nicholson International, a global executive search firm. He graduated from Warwick University with a degree in Politics and International Relations.
Outside of work, Rob’s interests include competitive yacht racing, running and golf. Rob has an Australian wife, and they have 2 young daughters.
Antonia Zimmern
Antonia has over 10 years experience within the executive sourcing and personnel development field. She is a founder and board director of 2 companies and for the last 8 years has focused on growing the MZI Group of businesses.
Antonia has worked predominantly with medium to large sized corporates including GE, Microsoft and American Express. She has sourced and placed candidates across a range of functions but has a focus on Sales, Marketing and Account Management roles.
Over the course of her career, Antonia has built up a diverse set of coaching and development skills and uses these on a daily basis with her extensive client and candidate network.
Prior to establishing MZI, Antonia worked for a number of years at Nicholson International, a global executive search firm, where she sourced and advised clients and candidates across a range of industries in Europe.
Degree educated, with a focus on Psychology, Antonia has a natural ability to understand, empathise and coach her clients and ultimately help the individuals she is working with realise their maximum potential.
Antonia is married with a baby daughter and enjoys international travel and spending time with her family. She is a keen horse rider, competing at county level, and is also a keen windsurfer.
