MZI Outplacement and Career Coaching services works with individuals and organisations to support and guide them when undergoing change in the workplace.
Through our Executive Search arm of the business, we have a proven track record of hiring literally hundreds of mid to senior level individuals for our clients across a range of vertical sectors and professional disciplines. Our team is therefore uniquely positioned to guide and coach individuals as they prepare for their next career move.
We don’t just provide broad career advice and a sounding board for ideas, although that’s obviously important.
What really makes a difference we believe (and so our candidates tell us – please read some of their comments) is our intimate understanding of the UK employment market place, gained not from a theoretical perspective but from actually working within the recruitment sector for over 20 years and hiring for clients such as GE, American Express, De La Rue, PayPoint and Microsoft to name a few. This gives us a unique and current insight into what candidates need to do to secure the job they want.
Our approach is centred around spending significant face to face time with individuals, ideally half a day for the initial meeting with one or more members of our team. This is critical in that it allows us to get to know the individual, to identify where their skills, competencies and aspirations lie and to understand where they want to go in their career.
We then create with them a strategy to facilitate the achievement of these goals, utilising our practical and commercial knowledge of their sector.
